Timothy's of our Congregation

What is a Timothy?

The Apostle Paul, referred to Timothy, his young friend in the Lord, as "My son in the Spirit." When a person leaves his or her home church to accept the call of the Lord to full-time Christian service, that person is thought to be "A son in the Spirit" of that congregation, and is, therefore, referred to as a Timothy of that congregation.
