All women of the church are CWF members, and friends are invited as well. Four groups meet on the second and fourth Tuesdays for fellowship, study and worship. A fifth group, for working women and other women who can't attend a daytime group, meets evenings as scheduled.

CWF has service projects each month. Its major fund-raiser is an annual bazaar in November or December. Proceeds are used for monetary gifts to many local charities and for state and national Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) ministries.
