We have improved our email system by partnering with Google Apps.  In doing so there are some configurations that need to be changed on your local workstation.

 

Step 1 - Reset password

If you do not know your temporary password, call us 623-5969 after opening the above link

Step 2 - Unlock mailbox

Click Here


 

This unlocks your mailbox.  You will be directed to enter your username and new password.

Do not type in the @domain.com information; just the username information prior to the @. (e.g.  johnsmith@direclynx.net - just type in johnsmith)

Step 3 - Configure your Email Client

 

 

IMPORTANT: You will need to log into your new account via your web browser before you can customize your configuration.  Log in by clicking: https://www.google.com/a/direclynx.net  and entering your username and new password.  Then choose appropriate email client instructions from below.
